This article explains how to remove and add old employees.
Turbine does not permanently delete ex-employees. Instead they are moved into an archive. They will not be able to log and they do not count against your totals for billing. This means that you can ‘re-hire’ them later (see below).
To discharge an ex-employee
- Login as an admin user
- Click Employees on the main menu
- Select the employee you want to discharge to access their information page
- Click Edit
- Click Discharge
To re-hire an ex-employee
- Login as an admin user
- Click Employees in the main menu
- Select Ex-employees in the filter menu.
- Click on the ex-employee you want to re-hire
- Click Edit
- Click Re-hire
