Edit an employee's request

This page describes editing or deleting an employee’s time off request but the same process applies to expenses, purchases etc.

  1. Log in as the admin user (or optionally, if you have selected the appropriate privacy settings, as a manager of the employee in question). 
  2. Click on the Time off in the main menu.

3. You can change what’s shown in the list using the filter menu. For example, you can use the filter to see requests from a specific team. 


4. Or you can use the search tool. For example, you can search for someone or a cost centre by name.

5. Click on the request itself – you can click anywhere in the area except on the name. For example, a time off request looks like this.


6. On the request form itself, click Edit to change the request. 


7. Make the changes you want and then click Request
